Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era technologies (quantum-resistant encryption, neuromorphic interfaces, etc.)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems
- Present innovations at global tech summits and publish whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Collaborate with policy advisors on technology governance standards
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in emerging tech development (quantum, AI, or biotech)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling pilot technologies to enterprise solutions
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
