Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or AGI architectures
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Strong background in ethical AI development and regulatory frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or private research funding
