Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including AI ethics frameworks and decentralized systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen tech adoption across Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in tech evolution
- Design and prototype futuristic solutions in our Innovation Lab (quantum computing, biotech interfaces)
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry panels at global tech summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for future-proof product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with $10M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong publication record in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
