Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant architecture and zero-trust security frameworks for 2026 readiness
- Lead AI governance initiatives ensuring ethical deployment and regulatory compliance
- Develop decentralized web infrastructure solutions for Web3.0 integration
- Coordinate with CTOs to align technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and adoption readiness
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record implementing AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act)
- Deep knowledge of blockchain/DLT architectures beyond current implementations
- Certification in emerging technologies (AWS Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future-tech
