Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Advanced AI (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years building distributed systems at petabyte scale
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or quantum journals
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum and Microsoft Q# frameworks
- Certified in NIST quantum cryptography standards
- Proven track record deploying swarm robotics in production
- Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 24027 AI governance frameworks
