- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging tech markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading tech incubators and research institutions
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market launch
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) preferred
