Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) into core products
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation portfolio performance
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology Management
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, biotechnology, or climate tech
- Track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute of the Future) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation journals
