Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic breakthroughs for strategic opportunities
- Present disruptive visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology scouts
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with portfolio of future-focused products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Proven track record of launching category-defining innovations
- Deep understanding of technological singularity implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking from recognized institution (e.g., WFS)
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
