Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen user interfaces and interaction models
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and incubate emerging startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technological inflection points
- Author thought leadership papers on the socio-economic impact of 2026's tech landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record in launching at least one breakthrough technology product
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Experience building ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology forecasting projects with validated outcomes
