Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching innovative products with market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Certification in strategic management (e.g., CSM, PMP) or equivalent
- Experience with agile development and DevOps practices
