- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-24 month development horizons
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption ROI and sustainability impact across global operations
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators for innovation pipeline
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members securing $50M+ R&D budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain architecture
- Experience scaling tech ventures from prototype to $100M+ market impact
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- PMP or equivalent certification in enterprise technology governance
- Strong network with DARPA, EU Horizon, or equivalent innovation bodies
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
