Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmap with emphasis on AI/ML integration, quantum computing applications, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech-driven businesses (Series B+ preferred)
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech integration
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in venture capital analysis
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, TechCrunch, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
