Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions (AR/VR, IoT, blockchain)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Partner with product teams to embed 2026-vision features into current roadmaps
- Create frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech implementation
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven experience scaling tech teams beyond 100 members
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, Web3, or neurotech
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Sloan Review
- Fluency in Python, Kubernetes, and cloud architecture
- Track record of launching products with >1M users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
