Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and emerging tech paradigms
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential 10x ROI for enterprise applications
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board of directors with data-driven insights
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Emerging Technologies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and at least two emerging tech domains
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for innovation projects
- Certified in Strategic Technology Management (STM) or equivalent executive certification
