Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)

- Expertise in future-casting methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
