Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4.0, biotech convergence, decentralized systems)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and shareholder value objectives
- Present foresight frameworks to Fortune 500 clients and global policy forums
- Manage $15M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with specialization in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for ethical AI and carbon-neutral tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
