- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a portfolio of innovation projects with measurable ROI
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and technological foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Certifications in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) a plus
