Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption of quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and Web3 infrastructure
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, biocomputing, decentralized AI) to identify competitive opportunities
- Lead strategic partnerships with quantum research labs and next-gen AI startups
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI-human collaboration
- Present tech strategy to executive leadership and investor boards with data-driven projections
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership on the societal impact of 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience presenting at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
