Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with global innovation goals
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (Web4, neuro-interfaces, AR/VR)
- Build and lead an elite innovation lab team of 12+ specialists
- Pitch disruptive solutions to Fortune 500 partners and investors
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-ready technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic)
- Proven track record of scaling tech from prototype to global deployment
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ market-disrupting tech launches
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
