Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in biotech, space tech, and climate tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for R&D initiatives and pilot programs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech domains
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience managing high-stakes innovation budgets and teams
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
