Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with robotics, biotech, and space tech divisions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Forge strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and leading university research labs
- Design patentable solutions for climate-positive industrial automation
- Present future tech scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging tech adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with government innovation programs (SBIR, IARPA)
- Fluency in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong public speaking at global tech conferences
