Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quarterly impact milestones
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- Conduct market foresight analysis to identify disruptive opportunities across 15+ industries
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investor stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate emerging startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains (quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Certified in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
