Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and recommend adaptive strategies
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and monitor ROI for emerging tech investments
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record in launching at least two market-defining tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or business innovation
