Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption readiness and ROI for future initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory challenges of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI) or strategic foresight
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of successfully implemented future-focused initiatives
