- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven decision frameworks
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML implementations at enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech applications
- Experience with quantum algorithm development
- Strong network with DARPA and national lab researchers
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
