Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech (quantum, AI ethics, spatial computing) and assess viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with revenue growth and sustainability goals
- Manage portfolio of innovation projects with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Present strategic insights to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile and design thinking methodologies
- Drive patent strategy and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching future-facing products (quantum/AI/AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional financial modeling for tech ROI and TCO analysis
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or HBR-tier publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and PMI-SP
