- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech evolution
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation portfolio budget ($5M+ allocation)
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or R&D divisions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
