Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmap aligning with 2026 global innovation trends
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics initiatives to position company as industry thought leader
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, metaverse frameworks)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Manage $50M+ R&D budget across 15+ innovation labs worldwide
- Present technology vision to investors, policymakers, and industry consortia
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 12+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology initiatives across Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $100M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global collaboration
- Portfolio of commercialized technologies with 1M+ user impact
