Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Lab
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biocomputing, AR/VR convergence) to identify market opportunities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof architecture into current development cycles
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech ROI and competitive positioning
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 7-figure+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Expertise in futures research methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of Web3 standards, quantum algorithms, and neural network architectures
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investment committees
