Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into business operations
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on breakthrough solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Drive partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategy
