Responsibilities

- Manage $15M+ R&D budget allocation for emerging tech ventures
- Author white papers on blockchain-integrated supply chain solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 100 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics with published quantum computing research
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ user bases
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE Ethical Design standards
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python
- Previous board membership at IEEE or ACM
- Patent portfolio with ≥12 granted AI/quantum innovations
- Certification in EU AI Act compliance frameworks
