Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech verticals (Web4.0, neuro interfaces, climate AI)
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Partner with VPs of Engineering to integrate breakthrough technologies into core products
- Present future-tech strategies to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven KPIs
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record implementing AI/quantum solutions at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in Web3.0, neuromorphic computing, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Published thought leadership in tech evolution or future studies
- Expertise in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
