Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into enterprise strategy
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for disruptive technologies
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets across global research centers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
