Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise tech strategy with SaaS/hardware scaling experience
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech product lines
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture modeling
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent industry disruption credentials
