- Lead high-impact innovation projects with $10M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological ROI and adoption success
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Anticipate geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in technology forecasting or strategic foresight preferred
