- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual budget allocation
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies through internal skilling programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, IoT)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- PMP, CTO, or equivalent executive certification preferred
- Fluency in English with additional languages a plus
