Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0)
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify disruptive threats and market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven financial impact projections
- Build and manage a global network of technology futurists and academic partnerships
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across 15+ R&D teams
- Oversee $50M+ annual innovation budget allocation and ROI optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized AI
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
