- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Present disruptive tech strategies to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for proprietary tech innovations in next-gen interfaces
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology trials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at scale
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive tech products with $10M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, spatial computing, bio-integrated systems
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) and Innovation Management (CIM)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR/STTR) for advanced R&D
