- Oversee R&D budget allocation and innovation pipeline management
- Drive market analysis to identify disruptive technologies and competitive opportunities
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers in future-tech methodologies
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in AI or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Strong network within tech venture capital and innovation ecosystems
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets and cross-functional teams of 50+
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and technology management (e.g., CTO Academy)
