Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling innovation narratives
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and CES 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies adopted by Fortune 100 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural network explainability, carbon capture tech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed venues
- Experience securing government innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, Horizon Europe)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnership development
- Portfolio of patented technologies or commercialized innovations
