Qualifications

- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ at executive level
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI systems
- Proven track record securing federal research grants
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
