- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative thinking about future applications
- Manage vendor relationships for emerging technology partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused solutions in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) or emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing)
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 3-5 year horizons
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of future technologies
