Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, advanced AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation velocity
- Partner with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into enterprise transformation
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future tech adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech deployment
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to enterprise-level implementation
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical AI frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and agile methodologies
