Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and healthcare
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging industries
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred for global collaboration
- Previous experience with UN/WHO technology advisory panels
- Portfolio of 3+ patents or commercialized technologies
