Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruptions and industry 4.0 trends
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Drive R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., INSEAD, MIT Sloan)
