- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech integration, and decentralized systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify commercialization opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to executive board and investor stakeholders quarterly
- Manage innovation pipeline with $15M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs and Stanford Tech Policy Center on ethical frameworks
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products at tech frontier (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) or AI Governance (DeepMind)
- Experience with UN SDG tech initiatives or World Economic Forum tech councils
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
