- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
