Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and neural tech
