Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present technology strategy to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for collaborative innovation
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment and adapt strategy accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI governance, quantum applications, AR/VR ecosystems, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for experimental projects
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute for the Future preferred)
