Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, space tech)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into corporate strategy
- Manage innovation labs and partnerships with academic institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Build and lead a high-performing cross-disciplinary innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, space tech, or synthetic biology
- Experience with Fortune 500 strategic planning and stakeholder management
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
